amy & mike engaged in wisconsin dells!

We were hoping for full-on amazingness of Fall colors, and we got them. We were hoping for lots o' sun, and we just missed it! But no matter the grey and dreary, Amy and Mike were fun and so endearing. Very hilarious with each other ... I loved to watch it. We walked around the Riverwalk in Wisconsin Dells and then tried heading out to their wedding site for next July (only accessible by boat! I cannot wait to shoot there!!), but the gate was locked. It turned out to be a great side trip though because a corn field on the side of the road was just calling out to me. I had a great morning with these two -- the tree colors could have been more brilliant with the help of some sun, but I definitely had some brilliantly sunny people to work with! I am posting a lot of close-ups from this session. Every time I would meter -- right up in their faces -- Mike would say to Amy, "be bad-ass," and those turned out to be some of my fave shots.
